Holy Land Pilgrimage --- Not Just a Tour, but a Journey into the Bible
The Crossroads Initiative will be sponsoring a unique Holy Land Pilgrimage between December 27, 2013 through January 6, 2014. Here are some of the details of this one in a lifetime tour led by Catholic Theologian and historian, Dr. Marcellino D'Ambrosio.

HOTELS
SUPERIOR FIRST CLASS HOTELS in Jerusalem and on the shore of the Sea of Galilee and on the Mediterranean coast near Tel Aviv.
Limited number of single rooms available at regular supplement, of $775.Hotels will be requested but are not to be considered confirmed until actual confirmations are received.
MEALS
2 MEALS PER DAY:Israeli breakfast and table d’hote (full dinner buffet) for dinner daily.
TRANSFERS
Deluxe air-conditioned motorcoaches.
NOTE:All supplements in connection with early, late and/or weekend transfers are included throughout.
SIGHTSEEING
As and wherever indicated in the itinerary, including the expert commentary of Dr. Marcellino D'Ambrosio with auxiliary services of local English-speaking guides, as well as entrance fees to all places of interest visited.
PORTERAGE
Fees and charges for the porterage of one piece of
baggage per person in connection with all transfers and
at airports and terminals throughout the itinerary are
included.An overnight bag may also be carried,
provided it remains in the possession of the passenger
at all times.This bag, although carried personally is
considered part of your total luggage allowance of
50lbs.
SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES
Service charges as required by hotel managements and
taxes as imposed by national and/or local governments
Tips totalling $100 that are associated with porterage at the hotels, meal gratuities, GUIDES and DRIVERS rendering services are NOT included. Service charges as imposed by lodging facilities, taxes by local administrations and government authorities on lodging are included on all services rendered to the group. Airport taxes, and fuel surcharge are NOT included in the price of the tour and are subject to change without prior notice. The total for tips and taxes are subject to change without prior notice. You will be billed for this amount in your final invoice.
Excess baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees if applicable, wines, liquors, soft drinks or
mineral waters and beverages that are not on regular table d’hote menu, trip and baggage
insurance, laundry or drycleaning.
Any service whatsoever not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features.
FARES AND RATES
All fares and rates are based on tariff and rate sheets issued by carriers, sightseeing operators and hotels in effect at the present date, as well as upon the present rate of conversion of foreign currencies into United States dollars.Therefore, all said fares and rates are subject to change without prior notice, and to confirmation or adjustment at the time final payment is made.
BOOKING AND CONDITIONS: Deposit and payment.A deposit of $300.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure.
REFUNDS
Deposits and other payments are refundable in full up to sixty days prior to departure except for administrative fees. After this date, refunds for unused accommodations and services will be limited to the amount received from or credited by carriers, sightseeing operators, and hotels.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to departure, refunds will be made less $100.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations made 59-36 days prior to departure will be subject to $300.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations received 35 days or less prior to departure have to pay a charge equivalent to 75% of the cost of the basic tour from the Gateway City. NO SHOW NO
REFUND:
Cancellation charges with medical reasons certified by a hospital and accepted by the airlines and suppliers will only be made based on refunds from suppliers and less $300.00 per person administrative fee. CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No refunds for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by tour members. In the event departure does not reach the minimum required number prior to departure, Consolidated Tours Org. Inc. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, withdraw or change the tour in whole or in part at any time in the event a change is deemed necessary by CTO, Inc. The sole obligation of CTO, Inc. is to refund payments received in connection herewith if not acceptable to tour members.
RESPONSIBILITY
The Selling Agent and/or Consolidated Tours Organization, Inc. hereinafter referred to as the Operator, acts only as agent for the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other services and all such means of transportation or other services offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that the Selling Agent and/or Operator shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way, in connection with such means of transportation or other services, or for any loss, injury or damage in respect of any person or property howsoever, caused or arising.If the Selling Agent and/or the Operator make it desirable or necessary to change or cancel for non-payment, the travel plan or program, such change or cancellation may be made.Additional expenses, if any, caused hereby shall be borne by the passenger and in the case of a decrease in cost, the Selling Agent and/or Operator will refund to the passenger an amount equal and limited to the decrease.Although the owners or contractors providing means of transportation or other service will take all possible care of passengers baggage and belongings entrusted to their care, the Selling Agent and/or Operator does not in any way accept responsibility in the event of loss or injury thereto.
