Amy Welborn -

Amy Welborn was born July 17, 1960 in Bloomington, Indiana.  She and her husband, Michael Dubruiel live in northern Indiana with their five children.

She has a BA in Honors History from the University of Tennessee and an MA in Church History from Vanderbilt Divinity School. Amy taught theology in Catholic high school in Virginia and Florida and was Director of Religious Education on a parish for four years.

She has been writing for the Catholic press for over fifteen years.
