All Christians are called to care for the least of Christ's brothers and sisters.  These organizations and individuals are notable for the way in which they serve the oppressed and downtrodden and serve as advocates for the rights of all.

	Lord David Alton David Alton, Catholic member of the British House of Lords, is an exemplary public witness of Christian and civic values and a tireless advocate of the oppressed around the world.  Get to know him and his work.  You'll be encouraged!
	The Jubillee Campaign This organization, co-founded by David Alton, Lord of Liverpool, has done great work in opposing oppression throughout the world, disseminating human rights news that often neglected by the mainstream press, and encouraging projects that help the poor help themselves.
	Thomas More Law Center The Thomas More Law Center seeks to defend the civil rights of Christians, restore family values, and protect the sanctity of human life.
