Catholic Colleges & Universities While there are many fine Catholic Institutions of higher learning, we think that the following colleges and universities are particularly notable for their faithfulness to Church's teaching and effective efforts to foster authentically Catholic spiritual life among their students. |

Ave Maria College
Ave Maria, with its Ann Arbor College and Law School and especially with its brand new campus in Naples, FL, is one of the most promising up and coming Catholic Schools in the country. I would encourage all high school students to give it serious consideration. |

International Catholic University
Based at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana, the ICU offers a distance learning programs in Catholic Theology and Philosophy whereby students can either earn graduate degrees or simply take courses for personal enrichment. The menu of courses, taken by videocassette and on-line, is wide; the instructors are reliable. Two courses are currently offered by Marcellino D'Ambrosio, in the Sacraments and Revelation, the latter focusing on Scripture, Tradition and Magisterium. |
