God did not create us merely to survive.  His plan is for us to thrive.

“I came that you may have life, and have it more abundantly.”  John 10:10

St. Ignatius of Loyola set as his motto “Ad majorem Dei Gloria”  (For the Greater Glory of God).  If, with St. Irenaeus, we believe that “the Glory of God is man fully alive,” we cannot settle for mediocrity an any department of life.

The body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.  We cannot claim to respect the Lord and allow his temple to fall into ruin.  It’s difficult to serve Him as we should when we are unwell and out of shape.

Neither can we allow our financial house to fall into ruin — either as families or as parishes.  Lots of money is needed to provide Christian education, fight the pro-life battle, feed the hungry, provide care to the sick and elderly, and evangelize the world.

Fit4God is a ministry that offers assistance in integrating it all — holiness, physical fitness, and financial fitness.  We offer inspiration and practical information on this website, via Facebook, and Twitter.  We also offer the very best in wellness products for bodily health, and, on the financial side, a fund-raising opportunity for churches, schools, and charitable organizations, and a business opportunity for individuals and families.

The goal is to promote total fitness, total quality of life — physical, spiritual, financial — for His glory, not ours.
