Airfare can be slightly adjusted prior to 10 months before departure.  Taxes and Fuel surcharge are included in the fare, but are subject to change by airlines and the government until approximately one month prior to departure.  For specific flight info, see the itinerary page.

GROUND

Deluxe air-conditioned motorcoaches.

SUPERIOR FIRST CLASS HOTELS  in Jerusalem and on the shore of the Sea of Galilee.

Limited number of single rooms available for a supplemental fee of $1095.

2 MEALS PER DAY:  Full Israeli breakfast buffet and full dinner daily.

Deluxe air-conditioned motorcoaches with free wifi will transport passengers between airport and hotels.  Passengers choosing to travel “land only” (arranging their own airfare) are responsible to book their own transfers between hotel and airport.

Featuring the expert commentary of Dr. Marcellino D’Ambrosio with auxiliary services of local Catholic English-speaking guides, all entrance fees to all places of interest visited are included in the tour package.

Fees and charges for the porterage of one piece of baggage per person in connection with all transfers and at airports and terminals throughout the itinerary are
included. An overnight bag may also be carried, provided it remains in the possession of the passenger at all times.

Tips totaling $220 that are associated with porterage at the hotels, meal gratuities, GUIDES and DRIVERS rendering services are NOT included in the tour price. Service charges as imposed by lodging facilities, taxes by local administrations and government authorities on lodging ARE included in the Tour price.  Tips of $220 per passenger will be collected prior to departure, billed in the final invoice, and distributed to service personnel on your behalf.  Taxes and airline fuel surcharges are subject to change without prior notice; should they increase between the time the tour is advertised and the date of departure, you will be billed for the increase in your final invoice.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Excess baggage fees, passport fees, visa fees if applicable, wines, liquors, soft drinks or mineral waters and beverages that are not on regular buffet menu, trip and baggage insurance, laundry or dry-cleaning.

Any service whatsoever not indicated in the itinerary and/or the above list of included features.

All fares and rates are based on tariff and rate sheets issued by carriers, sightseeing operators and hotels in effect at the present date, as well as upon the present rate of conversion of foreign currencies into USdollars.  Therefore, all fares and rates are subject to change without prior notice, and to confirmation or adjustment at the time final payment is made.

Deposit and payment.  A deposit of $500.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Final payment must be made no later than 60 days prior to departure.

Deposits and other payments are refundable up to ninety days prior to departure except for a non-refundable administrative fee of $350. Cancellation between 90 and 60 days prior to departure will incur a $500 non-refundable administration fee.

Cancellations must be made in writing.  Cancellations made up to 90 days prior to departure, refunds will be made less $350.00 per person administrative fee. Cancellations made 90-60 days prior to departure will be subject to $500.00 per person administrative fee. Within 60 days of departure ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  Air line tickets are non refundable once they have been issued.  If a roommate cancels, the remaining roommate will be invoiced for the single supplement.  A claim can be submitted to the insurance company for this charge as long as both roommates have the same coverage.

Refunds:

CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. No refunds for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by tour members.

By accepting this confirmation, you agree that the Group Leaders and Select International Tours, Inc. have no responsibility for any acts or omission of the travel suppliers in your itinerary and during your trip.  We have no special knowledge regarding the financial conditions, health hazards, or weather hazards at locations traveled.  We are not responsible for flight delays or cancellations or any charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.  Unused portions of the trip are non-refundable.  For information about destination climate, risks, and safety please consult the appropriate on-line resources.  For health information consult the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.  you are responsible for checking passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destinations. Itineraries are subject to change.  We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen articles.  We are not responsible for any sickness, injury, or death during or after the trip.  Travel documents will be mailed out approximately three (3) weeks before departure.  Please review them carefully for any errors.
